OVERVIEW
Dunn Building Company served as Design Builder on this project. Cullman Casting is a wholly owned subsidiary of North Vernon Industry Corporation in North Vernon, Indiana—itself a subsidiary of Oda Heavy Industries in Japan. Cullman Casting utilizes V-Process molding to manufacture counterbalance products for forklifts.

This greenfield foundry project encompasses approximately 125,000 square feet on a 25-acre site. The building includes a variety of areas—including furnaces on platforms, molding process on a series of complicated foundations, cooling racks, paint booths, and associated plant support and offices.
