Summary

Layout a site of approximately 37,500 SF. Dig, pour and form 81 foundations/piers for the structural package. After the steel is erected by others, Dunn will come back to set rebar and pour the 6" slab over the entire area. There is also one loading dock with retaining walls that will be built.
