Summary

DBC has contracted with TEC under DBIA Document No. 520 - Standard Form of Preliminary Agreement Between Owner and Design-Builder to provide design services, including architectural, engineering and other design professional services, for the development of Schematic Design Documents and to submit a proposed contract price for the design and construction of the project. The project consists of a 12,563 SF addition of a Showroom, Classrooms, Training Shop, Offices, Kitchen, and Restrooms. Site Development will include reconfiguring of the existing Parking Lot and constructing a new Ramp and Patio serving the new addition.
