Dunn Building Company has been contracted by AM/NS Calvert to construct a total of 13,000 SQFT area of new mat foundations for their new slab grinder building. Within this area Dunn will pour a combined 42”,40”, 24”, and 12” thick mat foundations along with 2 10” infill mats around existing columns that will house over 1,000 anchor bolt systems held in place by Wilson sleeves for future equipment installation. Along with this, DBC will work alongside MMR Constructors to install new underground electrical conduit and duct banks that will support the new slab grinder building and equipment provided by the owner.
