This project includes the construction of a 60,000 square-foot warehouse expansion to an existing structure. The type of construction includes a concrete slab on grade foundation with continuous concrete footings. The exterior walls are to be constructed with PEMB galvanized secondary, vinyl insulation, interior liner panels, and metal siding. The roof is a PEMB standing seam roof panel with vinyl insulation supported by purlins.
