Spec Building Fit-Up, Design Build, 400’x250’ (100,000SF) existing spec metal building fit-up for concrete structure manufacturing. Phase 1 will consist of a 52,000SF fit-up, 2,500SF office space buildout with lobby, conference room, break area and restrooms with the remaining 49,500 as manufacturing/shop space. Phase II will consist of 48,000SF, which will currently remain as is.
