Dunn Building Company has been awarded a contract to construct a "White Box Shell" tenant space of approximately 27,776 SF for Dunn Real Estate. The work includes construction of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building Endwall System and supporting foundations to close the south end of the tenant space that once adjoined a Warehouse Building that has been demolished. Also included is the installation of twelve (12) new 8.5 ton HVAC units, electrical lighting and power, new aluminum storefront entrance system, fabric awnings, concrete sidewalks and landscaping.
