Dunn Building company has been awarded a contract to construct a "White Box Shell" space for a future tenant for Dunn Real Estate. The project consist of approximately 45,986 SF of demised retain space in the DRE-Green Springs Building (formerly K-Mart and Mazors). The scope of work includes metal stud framing, drywall, aluminum storefront and glass entry vestibule with sliding doors, plumbing stub in for future connection, installation of seven (7) new HVAC Roof Top Units totaling 135 TON including ductwork stub and gas piping and construction a 2,000 amp electrical service including lighting panels and lighting. Also included is the construction of a new recessed truck loading dock, trash enclosure and refrigerated equipment pad.
