Design-Build project for a new 402' x 195' expansion to Hwashin's existing 189,000 SF Plant II Facility built by Dunn Building Company in 2011 and expanded in 2013. Project includes site work, concrete paving, concrete walls/foundations/slabs, membrane roofing, CMU, drywall at bathrooms, misc. steel, overhead doors, rapid release doors, dock levelers, pre-engineered metal building system with insulated wall panels, plumbing, process piping, fire protection, HVAC and electrical. Scope of work also includes relocation of existing 7,600 SF maintenance shed, new 6,000 SF rack storage pad, new security gates/card readers and additional parking. Project will be completed in 6 months.
