This project was a plans and specs project consisting of a 40,000 SF manufacturing addition. The building was constructed of a pre-engineered steel structure with metal roof and wall panels. Of significance, the building has a 75 eave height, two 50-ton bridge cranes and a very limited work area. Dunn Building Company, acting as a subcontractor, self performed the metal building erection and cladding on this project.
