This project included a new 11,000 SF service facility for construction related equipment as well as a 5,000 SF addition at main building. DBC has constructed the entire campus as well. Since 2003, DBC has constructed over $6,000,000 in office, maintenance, storage and wash pits for this campus. DBC, as prime contractor, self performed all concrete including tilt-up erection, overhead cranes, finishes and sitework.
