Dunn Building Company served as General Contractor on this new 60,660 SF service and sales facility for Thompson Caterpillar equipment. The facility consists of a parts warehouse, an eight-bay heavy equipment service area, an eight bay truck service area, and a wash pad.

The buildings are pre-engineered metal-furnished by American Buildings Company-with concrete tilt-up (full height at the front, and half-height at the sides and rear) and metal wall panels. The 50,900 SF Office/Shop building includes 13,556 SF of Office area and 37,344 SF of Shop and Parts Storage areas.

The equipment shop has four 10-ton top-running cranes-while the truck shop has two 5-ton top-running cranes. The Utility Building is 9,760 SF-and has separate bays for welding, painting, hydraulics and track repair.
