STEVE PRICE

Steve Price joined the Dunn organization in 1975 as a carpenter’s helper attending the Carpenter’s Apprenticeship training program—and worked in the field for many years, training with some of the best craftsmen in the industry.
Since then, he’s worked with Dunn in a wide variety of roles—including carpenter, heavy equipment operator, iron worker, foreman, general superintendent, estimator, project manager and vice president of operations.
Steve’s knowledge of the construction business, and the Concrete & Pre-Engineered Building industry, comes from a solid combination of experience (working with business owners as well as Dunn’s first-rate field staff) and formal continuing education (having attended many classes and seminars over the years).
Steve and his wife Terry live in Thorsby, Alabama. They are members of Robinson Springs Baptist Church. They have three children and four grandchildren. Steve enjoys spending time with his family, and hunting and fishing with his son, Lance.
BRETT CLARK
—VP, Business Development
Brett’s role with Dunn has evolved since joining the organization in 2001. Originally an estimator/project manager, he was soon promoted to Chief Estimator—a position he held until his 2007 promotion to Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. His current position is a perfect match for his broad industry experience and his outgoing nature.
Brett’s career in the building industry dates back to 1982, when he worked full time while earning his degree in Business Administration from UAB (which he received in 1986). His early-career experience in numerous field and supervisory positions has helped provide him with the skill sets necessary to provide clients with firsthand knowledge of process and pricing.
Brett remains an active in his Continuing Professional Education efforts—having enrolled in numerous courses by FMI and the Construction Education Institute. He is involved with Manufacture Alabama (Planning Committee), the Associated Builders and Contractors (Past Board Member), the Central Gulf Industrial Alliance and numerous Economic Development agencies.
Brett is married with four children, and lives in Vestavia, Alabama. He is actively involved with Liberty Crossings Methodist Church. His hobbies include golfing, fishing and hunting.
