Project includes demolition, new membrane roofing, doors/hardware, drywall partitions, new finishes, plumbing, fire protection, mechanical and electrical. Project will include 5,500 SF of office space that includes a showroom, offices, bathroom and conference room. Also includes 34,000 SF of warehouse space for product storage.
