This project consists of two modular buildings to serve as a hangar (17,438 sqft) and a sanding building (2,520 sqft). Dunn Building Company is providing the site work, concrete foundations, and interior build out. The foundation for both buildings is a concrete slab on grade and the building, provided by others, is a modular flexible structure. This project includes the underground utility installation, site paving and sidewalks, temporary and permanent fencing. Due to the proximity of the project to the Mobile Regional Airport , the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of Homeland Security has applied additional restrictions to the project to maintain the security of the adjacent airport.
