This project includes the construction of a 122,620 SF warehouse expansion to an existing structure. There is also a 15,312 SF climate-controlled area, with-in the new warehouse, for electronics storage. The type of construction includes a concrete slab on grade foundation with a combination of continuous concrete footings and isolated spread column footings. The exterior walls are to be constructed with PEMB galvanized secondary, vinyl insulation, interior liner panels, and metal siding. The roof is a PEMB standing seam roof panel with vinyl insulation supported by steel bar joists.
