Grade site and construct a new Security Building (320 SF), Laydown Yard, and Parking Area. The Laydown Yard will have Chain-link Fencing / Gates, Gravel Paving, and Site Lighting. The Parking Area will have Gravel Paving. Site Utilities to the Security Building are included.
