Summary
This project includes the construction of a 15,000 SF PEMB. This building includes a Maintenance Shop, Spare Parts Warehouse and Office Space. The type of construction includes a concrete slab on grade foundation with continuous concrete footings. the exterior walls are to be constructed with PEMB galvanized secondary, vinyl insulation, and metal siding. The roof is a PEMB standing seam roof panel with vinyl insulation supported by steel bar joists.
