Design-Build project for 100,000 square-foot foundation addition and 60,000 building addition to expand production lines for owner. Pre-Engineered Metal Building and foundation work all self performed. Large site package to accommodate new structures. Mechanical and Electrical sub work all design-build. Repeat client for multiple iterations of this facility.
