This project consists of a 50,000 SF expansion of an existing 50,000 SF spec building in Jasper, AL. It includes build-out of 3,100 SF office space with metal studs, drywall, painting and flooring, excavation and construction of a 21,000 SF concrete pit to house production line equipment, construction of foundations for 50,000 SF pre-engineered metal building expansion, construction of four truck dock bays with dock levelers, installation of fans, louvers, heating and air systems, installation of electrical systems, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems. It also includes site grading, concrete and asphalt paving.
