Hwashin is an automotive parts manufacturing facility specializing in body parts and chasis for Hyundai and Kia. Dunn Building Company has completed 5 projects for Hwashin including a 13,000 SF High Bay addition, landscaping and process piping expansion. Dunn Building Company recently completed a 120,000 SF new facility, mezzanine addition and renovations at Hwashin. All projects were completed using design/build delivery. Dunn was the prime contractor self performing concrete, metal building and carpentry.
