This project is part of the expansion that Hwashin America LLC is executing. Currently, they have 2 operating plants in Greenville Alabama and this new facility will become their third operating facility in the area. Hwashin has acquired an existing building approximately 200,000 sqft that will serve as a manufacturing and warehouse facility. This project expands the footprint of plant 3 and will house the eCoat paint line. The new building is approximately 24,000 sqft. In addition, a chemical storage building will be constructed to contain waste water treatment chemicals and also serve as a spart parts warehouse.
