This was a design-build project for a new 330'x 194' expansion to Hwashin's existing 125,000 SF Plant II Facility built by Dunn Building Company in 2011. Expansion also included a 48' x 113' maintenance area. Project included site work, concrete walls/foundations/slabs, membrane roofing, CMU and drywall at bathrooms, misc. steel, pre-engineered metal building system with insulated wall panels, plumbing, process piping, fire protection, HVAC and electrical.
