For this project Dunn Building Company provided design-build services to renovate an existing 15,200 SF warehouse and office building adjacent to Induron's existing facility. Project included demolition and new concrete ramps, CMU walls, millwork, skylights, roof insulation, storefront doors, hollow metal doors, overhead doors, drywall partitions, painting, pre-engineered metal building addition, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
