For this project, Dunn Building Company cleaned the exterior EIFS, caulked and taped up joints and applied a new seal coating to the entire EIFS area. On the interior we remediated molded area and replaced with new sheetrock. The second and third levels received new ceiling tiles, new carpet, fresh paint on walls and new ceramic tile in the restrooms.
