Dunn Building Co has been awarded a subcontract with Performance Contractors, Inc. of Baton Rouge, LA to enclose eight (8) new Chiller Modules as part of their contract to construct the Combustion Turbine Air Inlet Chiller Replacement Project for Oglethorpe Power. The work includes furnishing and installing Stainless Steel Clad Insulated Metal Wall Panels to structural steel framing (by others), Metal Decking and EPDM Roofing, New Overhead Doors, New Personnel Doors, and New Louvers. Each Module is approximately 1,823 SF. Total area for all modules equals 14,580 SF. The wall height is approximately 18 feet.
