Dunn Building Company, LLC was awarded a Design-Build contract to design and construct two buildings totaling 27,404 SF to be used as a Waste Water Management Warehouse Building and a Circulating Pump Storage Building. These buildings will be used to store, service and maintain the Water Treatment Equipment and Components for Miller Power Plant. The structures will be Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings on reinforced concrete slabs poured monolithic with column footings and grade beams. The scope of the project includes Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Fire Alarm systems. The Warehouse will include several overhead doors with electric operators. The Warehouse will be partitioned off with 8′ high chain link fence. The circulating pump storage building is designed to include a removable roof for hoisting of the circulating pump.
