This building consists of the construction of a new 40,000 SF vehicle service building built out of pre-engineered steel frame and split face concrete masonry exterior wall. It includes service write-up, customer waiting, service bays, retail parts sales and a parts warehouse. The building is attached to the Serra Toyota sales and showroom built by Dunn in the early 1990s.
