Design and construct a 40,000 SF single story Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) that will be used as construction offices by Holder Construction on the project they are constructing for FaceBook. The scope of our work includes Architectural and Engineering Design, furnishing and erecting the PEMB, construction of the interior office space which will include metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, floor covering, millwork, paint, toilet partitions and accessories, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, electrical and fire alarm. All sitework and concrete foundations will be constructed by Holder Construction.
