Summary
Design and construct a new 4,800 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building addition to the existing TEC Weld Shop. The scope of this work includes some minor demolition, concrete foundations, masonry, overhead doors, personnel doors, painting,PEMB Addition, 25-ton Bridge Crane, compressed air piping and water piping, controlled ventilation system and construction of a new 600 amp electrical system to serve the new lighting and power devices.
