Interior renovations included building a 3,750 SF show room which will have an all industrial persona about it with exposed HVAC spiral duct, glass front offices and conference room, sales counter, beverage counter and plenty of space to display small construction equipment. The other 6,250 SF will be used as warehouse/parts storage. The exterior will receive a 75 SF bump-out of glass storefront as a new entrance into the store.
