Dunn Building Company has been awarded the contract to construct a new facility for Truckworx of Montgomery at their existing location. The project consists of 13,300 SF of new offices, training rooms, driver's lounge/break rooms, parts warehouse and 25,500 SF of truck service bays. The structure will be a pre-engineered metal building manufactured by Varco Pruden. The service bays will have a 7.5 ton bridge crane spanning 75 feet with a 150 foot long runway. The sitework consists of development of approximately 6 acres of existing and newly acquired property that will provide an expanded paved area for truck routing and parking including a 3 lane covered canopy for truck service write up.
