Dunn Building Company was the general contractor for this new 19,792 SF Jaguar Transportation Building and a new 55,647 SF Supply Warehouse for the University of South Alabama. The Jag Tran building will include a maintenance area for shuttle buses, office space areas, training / conference rooms, a kitchenette, a 6,115 SF mezzanine and a 2,973 SF detached structural canopy. The Supply Warehouse will include office space areas, warehouse storage / stockroom areas, break room, computer center, secure files and storage areas, a 9,773 SF mezzanine, loading dock area including 2 dock levelers, a 1,684 structural lean-to canopy and a 1,836 SF aluminum unloading canopy.

Exterior work for both buildings will include site work, aggregate and concrete paving, concrete foundations, pre-engineered metal buildings with insulated metal panels, masonry and cast-stone veneer. Interior finishes include carpet and hard tile flooring, drywall partitions, metal liner panels, fire suppression systems, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
