Dunn Building Company was hired to be the General Contractor for the new main office and headquarters of Weaver, LLC, a site utility contractor in Bessemer Alabama. The new construction will be a 6,000 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building with concrete foundations and includes grading and new paving. The building will have a brick façade on all sides with a metal roof system from Varco Pruden. Interior finishes will include polished concrete flooring, traditional drywall interior build-out with bathrooms, breakroom and office layouts. The site will include curb and gutter parking and landscaping to meet city requirements.
