Dunn will be building a new addition to the existing administration building that will house the new corporate employees. Dunn will also be renovating the existing administration building throughout with new floors, bathrooms, ceilings, paint, lighting and new HVAC equipment.

James Hardie Production Building
Dunn Building Company was selected as the General Contractor for this new 850,000 +/- James Hardie manufacturing facility. Dunn worked with Casey Industrial (CM & Mechanical Contractor) as well as Bibb Engineering out of Kansas City. Dunn provided all structural work (concrete and building steel) as well as construction of the Administration Building.
Georgia Pacific Concrete Tilt-Up Panel Erection
Dunn Building Company furnished labor and equipment to erect approximately 80 concrete tilt-up panels for the 185,000 SF building at Georgia Pacific’s Naheola Mill in Pennington, Alabama.
