The scope of work for this project included demo of existing concrete foundations, installing auger piling to support new silo structure, make enhancements to concrete in a truck loading area and pouring equipment pads.  Some light architectural work on the interior of the building was also included.

For this project Dunn Building Company added a 625 SF PEMB addition along with renovations to the existing E2 Building.  This expanded the building to allow offices for engineers, a new supervisors office, expansion of a locker room, renovations to the breakroom and a new lab area.

Dunn Building Company was selected as the design-build contractor for a new 128,000 SF casting foundry.   Lodge is the oldest and largest supplier of cast iron cookware.  The project had many deep foundations and several site issues that had to be corrected.  The building was a pre-engineered structure.   Dunn worked with Vulcan Engineering closely on … Read More
