This was a design/build project including multiple buildings at a total of 125,000 SF. The iron casting facility contained deep pits, manufacturing, paint shops, truck loading and office facilities. Other parts of campus included truck scales and guard houses. Of significance, the high bay had an eave height of 48'. Dunn self performed the structural component of this project including concrete, metal building erection and cladding.
