Design/Build 6,500 SF new corporate headquarters for Dunn Building Company. Project scope includes civil, landscaping, pervious paving, tilt-up concrete panels, pre-engineered meetal building, brick facade, metal wall panels, metal roofing, membrane roofing, polished concrete floors, carpet, painting, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Project will be submitted for LEED certification. Design team utilized building information modeling (BIM) through the design and construction process.
