On this project, Dunn will remove existing exterior wall panels and sheathing down to existing wall structure along with insulation and attach new exterior IMETCO rainscreen system wall panels in its place, remove and replace all existing metal fascia panels, metal soffit panels and metal roofing, install new stainless-steel gutters, paint all exterior concrete panel walls, CMU walls, doors, door frames, window frames, bollards, concrete curbing and handrails, remove and replace acoustical vinyl tile & grid and remove and replace all existing apron poles and lighting with new LED lighting and Johnson Controls. All work being performed around normal airline operating schedules at an operating terminal.
