Dunn Building Company was awarded a Design-Build Contract for the new Tractor & Equipment Company - Tuscaloosa Facility. The project site was located adjacent to their existing facility and was constructed in three (3) Phases. Phase I was the construction of the new facility; Phase 2 was the demolition of portions of the existing Office/Shop, modifications to the remaining portions of the Shop, and various site improvements. Phase 3 was for the rework of the Entrance Drive to comply with ALDOT requirements.
